Sussex fans received a long-awaited glimpse at baby Archie during Prince Harry and Duchess Meghan's sit-down chat with Oprah Winfrey on Sunday.

Towards the end of the couple's nearly two-hour-long interview with Winfrey, the proud parents shared an intimate clip of their toddler playing at the beach with the family pups, Guy and Pula. The black-and-white clip showed the toddler smiling and laughing and dressed in a button-up knit cardigan and trousers. Meghan also appeared in the family footage, dressed casually in leggings and a black hoodie, white sneakers, and a baseball cap with her hair pulled back in a ponytail. Prince Harry's new California casual attire also made an appearance, with the Duke sporting a pair of Adidas track pants.

Both Harry and Meghan revealed adorable details about how their son is adjusting to their new life in Montecito, California, and even shared tidbits of the toddler's impressive growing vocabulary.

"He's on a roll...in the last couple of weeks it's been 'hydrate' which is just hysterical," said Meghan speaking of her son's first few words. "And whenever anybody leaves the house he says 'drive safe!" added Harry.

Prince Harry also revealed to Winfrey that though completing a major move in the midst of a pandemic obviously had its challenges, he relishes having the space, safety, and tranquility his new home abroad provides for him and his family.

"This year has been crazy for everybody," said Prince Harry, "But to have outdoor space where I can go for walks with Archie and we can go for walks as a family, and with the dogs and go on hikes or go to the beach which is so close, all of these things are...the highlight [for me]."
