that article doesn't mention that everyone has individual needs...and for most people that amount of protein per meal is too much....if you are looking for extra protein 3 tblsps of hemp seeds has around 10grams of protein and great load of other good for you things...check it out sometime...

Soy products are bad for men and if not 100% nongmo they can cause cancer. They are made with petroleum byproducts that the far says is safe because there isn't alot in each serging.

... And what research stands as a base to those statements..?? Everybody (in the right mind) knows we, as humans need to eat protein at every meal, to balance the sugars (from the carbs) in the blood stream and keep the hormonal system in balance as well... Building or not building muscles, the hormonal system comes first, so everybody needs a certain amount of protein, in proportion with their weight and activity level.
That article is so full of it--Americans eat so much protein it's ghastly. We'd all be thin if we'd just cut that one item down, considerably.
