Anya Taylor-Joy's Backless Emmys Gown Was Basically Two Dresses in One

Anya Taylor-Joy is the moment.

Fresh off a straight-A red carpet streak at the Venice International Film Festival, the Last Night in Soho star has arrived at the 73rd Primetime Emmy Awards — her first-ever trip to the annual TV awards ceremony.

Taylor-Joy, who is nominated tonight for her performance as chess-playing prodigy Beth Harmon in Netflix hit The Queen's Gambit, pulled up to the special outdoor-ish ceremony on Sunday evening in a backless cream-colored Dior Haute Couture halter gown that transformed itself into a whole other dress with a canary yellow train that wrapped around the actress's waist and arms.

The star polished off the look with a woven bun worn high atop her head, a bold red lip, and star-shaped Tiffany & Co. diamond stud earrings.
