Ant Anstead Poses Shirtless, Says He's Made "Conscious Decision" to Improve His Health

Ant Anstead shared shirtless photos of himself from a beach day, which come after the Wheelers Dealers host revealed he’s working on both his mental and physical health following his split from HGTV star Christina Anstead.
“Making the very most of these few days off!! It’s about to get very BUSY.......!!” Ant captioned the post that includes three photos of him playing with his son Hudson on the beach. When a follower asked who took the photos of him and his son, Ant shared the photo credit for these and other recent pics goes to “the legend @real_danielb (a friend who has been a ROCK the past few months!) x.”
A few months ago, Ant revealed that he dropped more than 20 pounds after people noticed a change in his physique on Instagram. In the photo in question, he's wearing all black and sporting fake tattoo sleeves. People commented saying he looks thinner. He assured fans he planned to gain it back, though it’s unclear whether the weight loss was intentional or associated with his divorce.
More recently in Ant’s first interview since the separation from Christina, he told People he’s working on his overall healing and well-being. "Not only have I improved my mental health, I've actually made a real conscious decision to go and improve my physical health, as well,” he said. “I mean, for the first time in my life, I'm actually now taking vitamins!"
