Andy Cohen, Welcome to the Hippie Resistance

We typically find Andy Cohen, whether he’s on TV hosting his cocktail party of a talk show Watch What Happens L!ve or wrangling Real Housewives during reunions, in a suit. He looks great! Charcoal and navy suits paired with striped and solid ties have served the drama-whisperer for years. But Cohen's fits really thrive offscreen.

Take the outfit he wore for a chilly day in New York, for example. A glen-plaid topcoat, collar POPPED with immense flair, over a tie-dye hoodie from high-fashion hippie brand Online Ceramics (No coincidence that Cohen is buds with John Mayer). The bottom half this outfit just as good: subtly striped trousers and sleek ass-kicking black boots. Cohen also got the memo from the Hadid sisters and Kendall Jenner that books are SO HOT RIGHT NOW. Cohen’s reading the latest memoir from former MMA fighter Jason Ellis titled Still Awesome: The Trials and Tribulations of an Egotistical Maniac. What makes this such a big fit is how Cohen lets his far-out trippy hoodie shine and turns the volume down on the rest of his outfit. GQ cover star Larry David espoused this very strategy: "He has a code: One should wear only one 'nice' piece of clothing at a time," the story reads. "'Otherwise it's too much,' he says. 'Too dressed. You have to be half-dressed. That's my fashion theory, since you asked: Half Is More.'" Words to live by, folks!
