Andie MacDowell is back at Paris Fashion Week, and she made quite the statement. The 64-year-old actress and former fashion model stunned in a high-slit, silver and pink-stripped sequin gown with a feather train that showed off her super-toned legs. Her grey curls also stole the show as she walked down the runway during "Le Defile Walk Your Worth" for L'Oreal's Womenswear Spring/Summer 2023 show.

This isn't Andie's first time walking for the brand. She previously strutted down the runway for L'Oreal's Paris fashion show in 2018 and again in 2019. She's also shown off her stunning grey curls in the past as well. Her new look dates back to last year's Cannes Film Festival.

If you're wondering what Andie does to stay fit and runway ready, you should know that she loves to get a sweat sesh in at the gym or outdoors. Some of her go-to workouts include yoga and hiking.

"I do advance yoga, so my body really gets a strong workout, but that’s not the only reason I do it," she explained to W. "Yoga balances your hormones, calms your nervous system, and can change your perspective on life in a positive way. Yoga makes you less [stressed], and when you’re less stressed, you look more beautiful, it shows on your face. Hiking and yoga make you a much more beautiful person."

As for her diet, Andie is a firm believer in the power of a daily fresh juice—she even grew her own wheatgrass to put in her drinks. When she's not sipping on juices, she's eating nutritious foods such as wild fish, beans, nuts, and cheese.

"I only eat real food and avoid man-made packaged food. Anything that grows out of the ground, I eat. I do eat meat and chicken, but never with any added hormones, that’s a huge no-no!" she told W.

Her favorite drink? A mix of kale, dandelion, apple, ginger, and lemon.
