Ana De Armas Has Sculpted AF Abs In These Retro Pin-Up Girl Bikini Photos

  • Ana de Armas is on everyone's minds lately after her new movie, Blonde, dropped on Netflix.

  • The actress posted a few BTS photos from set that show off her sculpted AF abs in a retro bikini as she reenacts a famous Marilyn Monroe shoot.

  • Ana loves Pilates and likes to do her own stunts in her films.


The Marilyn Monroe movie, Blonde, is officially out on Netflix and people are already have a ~lot~ of thoughts about it. Plus, the movie’s main star, Ana de Armas, who plays the famous starlet, just dropped some behind-the-scenes pics from filming, and they’re totally amazing.

There’s one pic of Ana as Marilyn, clutching the hand of Bobby Cannavale, who plays Marilyn’s second husband, Joe DiMaggio. And then there’s Ana working several retro bathing suits for all they’re worth. Ana showcased some seriously toned legs in a pink ruched one-piece, followed by sculpted abs and legs for days in an orange two-piece.

Of course, Ana's fans were ready to cheer her on in the comments. “Beautiful work. love you❤️,” one wrote. “👏👏👏,” said another.

While her Instagrams have been dominated by movie content lately, the 34-year-old has also shared little snippets of her favorite routines that keep her strong and ready for filming. For starters, she’s a big fan of getting outside for some fresh air. Ana likes to run on the beach with her dog and isn’t afraid of taking a good walk with a pal.

ICYMI, Ana also does her own stunts which requires some serious physical strength.

“I have to prepare for this action film I’m doing with really intense, physical work, training, and choreographies,” she previously told Vogue UK. “I do it from 9am to 2pm and then I get a break—and then on the weekends I go to the shooting range and I practice shooting with firing arms that I have to use in the film.”

When she's not doing totally cool stunts, Ana focuses on toning her muscles through Pilates, which explains those killer legs and abs. She told Vogue that, while shooting The Gray Man, she was practicing regularly.

Pilates is a great low-impact way to get in some serious all-over toning. And she's not the only star who is a big fan of the workout.

“I’ve been going to this beautiful Pilates studio very close to my hotel,” she said. “It’s in this gorgeous old majestic building on the top floor with windows to the river.” Ana also said her Pilates workouts were “keeping me sane” during filming. Clearly, she knows that a good sweat sesh can have some great mental and physical benefits.
