Through her pregnancy, her hyperemesis diagnosis, and baby Gene's early childhood, Amy Schumer has filled us in on all the ups, downs, and hilarious side-steps. Her most recent motherhood-related post has fellow moms cheering because she's showing off a part of her pregnancy that often remains hidden after childbirth—her C-section scar.

"Feeling like my c section looks cute today!" Schumer captioned her mirror selfie, tagging the pic with #hotgirlwinter #csection. And everyone in the comments agrees that not only does Schumer's C-section scar look cute, but she's an inspiration for showing it off.

Actress Karen Pittman commented, "Brothers love a c section scar. Listen," to which Schumer responded, "you have my undivided." Singer Vanessa Carlton added, "Feel like mine lookin' hot today too! What a coincidence!" And Jessica Seinfeld wrote, "Whatever transported Genie on this planet is to be relished."

Other moms also flooded the comments with their praises. One mom wrote, "That's awesome! I love to casually bring up my c section to my children—just in case they forget!" Another added, "Amen sister! Scars are beautiful," with someone else adding, "Beautiful body! I need to love my c-section more."

In January of 2020, Schumer shared a photo of her C-section scar paired with some uncomfy-looking IVF bruises. "I'm a week into IVF and feeling really run down and emotional," she shared with her followers. "We are freezing my eggs and figuring out what to do to give Gene a sibling."

Schumer and her husband, Chris Fischer, are exploring options to have another child without Schumer putting her health and safety on the line. Her last pregnancy was such "a huge bummer," as she told Anna Faris in January 2021, due to her hyperemesis, she won't risk losing a baby by carrying it herself.

However, that huge bummer of a pregnancy resulted in a charming little boy and a hot-looking C-section scar that is inspiring other moms to find a bit more love for their own scars.
