When Noah Thompson isn’t busy working on new music in the studio, he’s spending time with his son, Walker.
On July 2, the American Idol 2022 winner posted a handful of never-before-seen pictures of himself and Walker on Instagram. In the snaps, the two hang out at home watching TV and enjoying meals together. What’s more, a holiday photo shows a younger Walker decked out in a festive outfit. Whether the country singer was reminiscing about good moments or simply sharing a personal part of his life, he didn’t say. But he did share sweet words about his son.
“Love this little dude more than anything. #littleboy #rotten #fatherandson,” Noah captioned it.
After seeing the “One Day Tonight” vocalist’s heartfelt Instagram post, American Idol fans took to the Instagram comments section to share their thoughts about the duo.
“He is adorable ❤️,” one person wrote in the comments section. “Oh my goodness! how precious!” another added. “He's beautiful thanks for sharing him. 😍 Hope you're doing all you dreamed of and still dream of,” a different fan said.
As folks may know, Noah shares Walker with Angel Dixon. Most recently, rumors have surfaced that the couple broke up after his American Idol win in May. According to now-deleted Instagram posts, the two started dating in 2018. Apart from mentioning his family throughout the ABC singing competition show, Angel and Walker also cheered for him in person for the season 5 (overall 20th season) finale. That said, neither Noah nor Angel have confirmed news about a split.
Over on Angel's Instagram, she opened up about planning to get a tattoo of her son’s name. After someone asked what her collarbone tattoo said, she offered some insight. “It says ‘endless love’ but I am getting Walker’s name here soon!! Not sure where to put it yet 😊,” she replied in her Instagram comments section.
