Amandla Stenberg Is the New Face of Fenty Beauty

Only two weeks after its newest eyeliner, lipstick, and skin-care launches hit shelves, Fenty Beauty has even more exciting news: Amandla Stenberg is joining Fenty Beauty as the newest Fenty Face alongside the likes of Slick Woods and Duckie Thot.

It was truly only a matter of time before Fenty Beauty would make Stenberg one of its Fenty Faces. Along with their role in The Hunger Games as Rue, and most recently Starr Carter in The Hate U Give and Ruby Daly in The Darkest Minds, the actor has also been very vocal with their role in activism speaking on issues of cultural appropriation, sexual identity, feminism, gender, and more. With a brand like Fenty Beauty, which has been committed to bringing more inclusivity to beauty, showcasing models of all skin tones in beautiful ways from its very inception, it's no surprise that actor and activist has been chosen.

"I wanted to become a part of the Fenty Family because it's one of the few beauty brands that make me feel like myself!" Stenberg says in a press release from the brand. "Fenty Beauty's whole ethos makes me feel empowered and excited to let different facets of myself shine."

Stenberg is no stranger to the beauty world and has wowed us with their many different hairstyles and rebellious beauty spirit. It will be exciting to see all the beauty looks to come with Fenty.

Along with the empowering message behind Fenty, Stenberg also loves the brand's products. (Yeah, us, too.)
