Amanda Haas is a cookbook author, recipe tester and Founder of One Family One Meal, a website which provides free recipes, menu plans and shopping lists for families.
After a few post-collegiate years working at Williams-Sonoma, Haas found her calling when she attended culinary school. She has since tested and developed over 400 recipes for dozens of cookbooks, including the IACP Cookbook of the Year recipient "A16 Food + Wine." In addition, Amanda was the culinary producer for the James Beard Award-Winning Show Bay Cafe with Joey Altman for two seasons. As manager of Williams-Sonoma's test kitchen, Haas has filmed over 50 instructional cooking videos which are featured on www.williams-sonoma.com. Her first book, "Cooking Light Real Family Food: Simple, Easy Recipes Your Whole Family Will Love," was published in September 2012. Haas most recently wrote "The Anti-Inflammation Cookbook: The Delicious Way to Reduce Inflammation and Stay Healthy," published in February 2016.
