Amanda Bynes Officially Introduced Fiancé Paul Michael in Apologetic Instagram Clip

Love is in the air for Amanda Bynes.

After taking to her personal Instagram account on Friday (February 14) to share news of her engagement, (on Valentine's Day, no less), the actress is now introducing everyone to her fiancé in a brief video, who has been identified as Paul Michael.

"Hey everyone, this is Paul, my fiancé," Bynes said in her clip, while Michael tossed in a quick "What’s up?" Bynes took the opportunity to apologize for comments she had made in the past online, as well as to announce that she has remained sober for over a year.

"I’m so lucky, as you can see he’s drop dead gorgeous," Bynes said, cuddling up with Michael. "He’s also the best person on the face of the earth."

"I just wanted to post a video to say I’m sorry to everyone who I called ugly on Twitter. I was feeling so ugly at the time and it was really hard for me to express myself at the time because I was so drugged out and now I’ve remained sober for over a year," the 33-year-old explained, adding "Same with Paul."

Bynes is referring to several incidents throughout 2013, during which she made a few inflammatory comments on her Twitter account about celebrities, including Drake and Chrissy Teigen.

"I just want to let you know that I love you guys and I’m so happy now. I feel like I got what’s mine and that is Paul," Bynes concluded during her video.

Now that Bynes is engaged to "tha love of her life," we'll be looking out for a wedding date here in the future. She certainly seems to be in a good place with Michael, even having announced a clothing line that she's launching in the near future.

"I’m really looking forward to starting my clothing line, and I’m hoping that in the near future it will be out online," she announced via her Instagram Story on Tuesday (February 18).

Looks like Amanda's going to be pretty busy here going forward.
