  • Amanda Bynes apologized for calling celebrities like Rihanna and Chrissy Teigen ugly on Twitter in 2013.

  • Amanda is now engaged to her fiancé, Paul Michael.

Amanda Bynes is back, did you hear? Over Valentine’s Day weekend, Amanda got engaged to her boyfriend and is now the proud owner of a phat diamond ring that I am very, very jealous of. If you didn’t know that Amanda was dating someone, I don’t blame you—she went public with their relationship literally five days ago. Us Weekly found out that Amanda’s fiancé is Paul Michael, who she’s been seeing for two to three months. And now that Amanda’s getting ready to walk down the aisle and into a new phase of her life, she wants to make things right by apologizing for some of her past wrongs.

Amanda made a video on Instagram and apologized for calling multiple celebrities—like Drake, Miley Cyrus, Jenny McCarthy, Rihanna, Chrissy Teigen, RuPaul, the Obamas—and her own family members ugly on Twitter back in 2013. In her apology, she introduced her fiancé and explained that her negative tweets and behavior stemmed from her not being sober.

She said:

“Hi everyone, this is Paul, my fiancé. I’m so lucky. As you can see, he’s drop-dead gorgeous, and he’s also the best person on the face of the Earth. I just wanted to post a video to say I’m sorry to everyone whom I called ugly on Twitter. I was feeling so ugly at the time and it was really hard for me to express myself because I was so drugged out, and now I’ve remained sober for over a year, same with Paul. I just want to let you know that I love you guys and I’m so happy now. I feel like I got what’s mine and that is Paul.”
