Allegiant stocks were not flying high on Monday after '60 Minutes' aired a scathing report about the company's safety record. Yahoo Finance's Seana Smith, Andy Serwer, Julia LaRoche and David Pogue discuss.
Johnny: "But the release of Mueller’s report exposed a Grand Canyon that has widened by the moment, as the 448-page report is digested. Somewhere at the bottom of that canyon lies Mr. Barr’s battered reputation." What report are YOU reading? The one I read was exactly what Barr said it would be. Barr said the report found no evidence of collusion, declined to make a judgment on obstruction, and Barr even threw in Mueller's intentional "no exoneration" snipe at Trump. The only difference is that Barr, after accurately summarizing the report connected the dots that Mueller declined to do on obstruction. No collusion = no justice to obstruct/no corrupt intent = no obstruction of justice. Now you point to comments Barr said to win the nomination re: obstruction and indicting sitting presidents. But Barr's conclusion in this case was not based on Presidents being immune from prosecution. He laid out his legal analysis, and I have yet to see anyone dispute it.
