Steve Alexander thinks Pistons' Saben Lee has more potential going forward, but doesn't know how Detroit will handle his minutes the rest of the season.

STEVE ALEXANDER: The Pistons' Saben Lee started for Dennis Smith Jr. on Monday night, and hit 7 of 12 shots and two 3-pointers for 19 points, three rebounds, five assists, a steal, and a block in 26 minutes of a surprising win over the reeling Toronto Raptors.

He kicked off March with a 20 point game against the same Raptors on March 3, but had scored between 0 and 8 points in his next 10 games before blowing up on Tuesday. The return of DSJ could quickly put Saben right back on the bench and ruin his fantasy value, but the Pistons aren't going anywhere this season and Lee simply needs minutes and a chance to play.

We've all seen DSJ struggle throughout his career, and he clearly isn't the answer at point guard for anyone, while Lee's future appears to be bright. I don't know if the Pistons are going to roll with him or not, but after a Tuesday's strong game you have to think Detroit will give him a chance going forward, with or without DSJ.
