Alert!! Carrie Bradshaw, I mean Sarah Jessica Parker, was just spotted in *the* Sex And The City wedding dress, and I truly couldn’t help but wonder, what in the world is going on here?!

Photos of SJP filming the SATC reboot, And Just Like That..., caught the actress dressed in a very familiar-looking gown. Fans will recognize this particular outfit immediately: the Vivienne Westwood gown from Carrie Bradshaw’s first (attempted) wedding to Big. You know, the wedding that never happened. And as Sarah lifted the big ballgown during filming, photographers captured her incredibly sculpted legs in some iconic 'Carrie' heels. It is truly a moment to behold.

So....does this mean fans will get a flashback to the wedding or another dream wedding in the second season of And Just Like That...? Is Carrie going to get married and reuse the gown? I can't say for sure, but I do know that SJP (who is 57, by the way) looked so incredibly strong, from her toned arms down to her sculpted legs in the strapless gown.

That level of tone takes some serious dedication. Sarah works out with celebrity trainer Anna Kaiser, who, by the way, also works with Kelly Ripa and Karlie Kloss. Anna’s fitness studio focuses on intense, dance-based workouts with interval training thrown into the mix. The classes tone specific muscle areas (like SJP's legs) while also getting your heart rate up with those cardio dance moves.

“It is perfect for busy moms because you get everything you need in one hour,” Anna told South Shore Moms in January. “Cardio, strength and dynamic flexibility while having fun! I take the guesswork out of fitness so you don’t have to decide how much strength you should be doing and how much cardio you should do on top of that."

Sarah has 13-year-old twin daughters, Tabitha and Loretta, and a 20-year-old son, so I'm sure she loves the quick and effective workout.

When it comes to her diet, SJP is definitely a big foodie, but she isn't a big breakfast gal, she told Grub Street last year. "I don't usually eat breakfast unless I'm shooting, and when I'm shooting, I have a full, massive, crazy breakfast,” she said. “When I'm home and going to work on my own, I'll get up really early and just have coffee.”

Breakfast might be a bagel with Kerrygold butter, mustard, and salami with a banana on the side or a soft-boiled egg with a side of mango, avocado, and cottage cheese. Lunch could include a spicy tuna sandwich and a power shake of banana, strawberries, and vanilla milk, or leftovers like soup or stir fry. Yum!

It is clear that Sarah is doing just great, and I can’t wait to see what Carrie is up to in that gown.
