The singer dropped a slew of photos that showed off her super strong, sculpted abs, legs, and a peek of underboob in various cut-out bikinis.
Meg has previously shared a ton of her workout content for her followers through her Hottie Bootcamp videos.
Alert! Megan Thee Stallion is back from an Instagram hiatus, and I, for one, am grateful for her triumphant return. The rapper shared a photo dump, presumably to catch her followers up to speed since she’s been off the grid since November.
In the photos, Megan, 28, flaunted her sculpted abs in a cut-out bikini that showed off a little underboob. The bathing suit has a print of a mountain scape that really has Meg looking like a piece of art. Clearly, Meg has been putting in her self-care time lately.

In a since-deleted Instagram post, Meg shared videos of herself running. Meg’s intention with the app is to show users everyone can be an athlete.
“Let’s see you run through 12-hour dance rehearsals, train five days a week, then perform in front of 50,000 people —squatting 50% of the time,” Meg wrote in the caption, per the Houston Chronicle. Preach, girl.
Meg has previously shared a lot of her fitness journey online with her YouTube series Hottie Bootcamp, but the star hasn't posted any new videos about workouts since last year. In one older video, she is getting her cardio on with some sprints up a sandy hill. Phew!

When it comes to her diet, Meg likes to make eating healthy as fun as possible with recipes like Yogurt Bark and, of course, her Hot Girl Smoothie. She has the famous smoothie before every workout, according to an interview with Shape back in 2021. The drink includes strawberries, blackberries, bananas, kale, organic peanut butter, almond milk, and ice.
