Airstream and Pottery Barn’s New Special Edition Trailer Is a Beach Bungalow on Wheels

Want to hit the road in style this summer? Consider investing in Airstream and Pottery Barn's new special-edition travel trailer, which comes with everything you need to live comfortably while on the go (and then some).
Starting at $145,000, the 28-foot-long camper showcases Airstream's signature silver metal exterior and features a custom built-in sofa, a mini chef-style stove, a stainless-steel flat-apron sink, and an outdoor hanging table. Heavily influenced by coastal design, its relaxed, beachy interior touts a soft color palette of light, muted tones and natural hues.
“In partnership with Airstream, we were able to build on the comfort of the home that Pottery Barn is known for while fueling the sense of adventure and the idea that home is wherever our customers are,” said Marta Benson, Pottery Barn's president in a statement. “In response to consumer demand, we are thrilled to be launching the latest iteration of our successful collaboration, the idyllic Special Edition Travel Trailer, complete with all of the touches of home.”
The stylish new model—which can sleep up to four people and boasts ample hidden storage space—comes with a queen or twin-size bed (outfitted with Pottery Barn bedding, of course), plus a super sleek bathroom. And it's got the brains to match, with owners able control the AC and many other functions via smartphone.
It's not the first time Airstream and Pottery Barn have joined forces this year: Last May, the unlikely duo launched a limited-edition line of travel and home goods inspired by the retro trailer brand. The lineup includes everything from a picnic backpack and a party cooler to a solar-powered lantern and organic cotton sheets, all currently available for purchase on Pottery Barn's website (in case you want a piece of the collaboration, but don't want to end up towing home more than you can carry!).
