Jordan Brand is giving the fan-favorite Air Jordan 4 a new look in 2021.

Sneaker leak Instagram account @zSneakerheadz posted images of NBA icon Michael Jordan’s fourth signature shoe in the forthcoming “Taupe Haze” iteration on Instagram, a new make up that’s set to release in January 2021.

The caption revealed that the shoe sports a taupe haze, oil gray, off white and infrared color scheme. The upper is predominantly light brown with black accents on the wings overlays, matching shoelaces and heel tab. Also, its infrared hits that cover the sock liner and the tongue’s Jumpman logo stand out. The look is completed with a split black and white midsole and a stealthy black outsole.

The aforementioned Instagram account indicated that the pair pictured in this post is in grade school sizing, however the style is also releasing in men’s sizing at select Jordan Brand retailers on Jan. 28, 2021, for a retail price of $190.

Jordan Brand has not yet confirmed the release of the shoe.

This Air Jordan 4 “Taupe Haze” isn’t the only style of the popular model that’s scheduled to release in 2021. Jordan Brand unveiled its Air Jordan Retro lineup for spring ’21 last month, which included the upcoming “University Blue” and “Starfish” colorways.

The Air Jordan 4 was designed by the industry veteran Tinker Hatfield and debuted in 1989. One of MJ’s most memorable NBA performances was captured in this silhouette during the 1989 NBA Playoffs when the Chicago Bulls faced the Cleveland Cavaliers. With six seconds left in Game 5, Jordan nailed the game-winning shot to close out his 44-point performance and eliminate the Cavaliers from the playoffs.
