Marriott International's Luxury Collection moves into the all-inclusive space with the unveiling of Sanctuary Cap Cana, a Luxury Collection All-inclusive Resort.

The Dominican Republic's most luxurious all-inclusive adults-only resort, Sanctuary Cap Cana, a Luxury Collection All-Inclusive Resort, reopened its doors on Jan. 20 after a four-month renovation. In reopening, it's become the first all-inclusive project from Marriott International's Luxury Collection. And Sanctuary Cap Cana now has a brand-new restaurant, beach bar, nightclub, and hotel library, in addition to its many other top-notch amenities and experiences.

Sitting on a cliff in the gated Cap Cana private community overlooking the Caribbean Sea, the sprawling resort blends the charm of architecture invoking Spanish castles, with modern-day luxuries, including six pools, a spa, five restaurants with globally inspired cuisine, and a picture-perfect white-sand beach.

Guests can settle into one of the 324 Mediterranean-inspired suites, some with private plunge pools and furnished patios providing sweeping views of the sea. The resort's crown jewel is the 5,500-square-foot two-level Castle Island Suite, located on a private island with three indoor pools, two bedrooms, floor-to-ceiling windows, and spacious living and dining rooms.

Sanctuary Cap Cana, a Luxury Collection All-Inclusive Resort's newest dining concept, the waterfront La Yola Snack Grill, entices guests with grilled entrées and a beach bar. It's perfect for sunset cocktails and light bites.

Travelers looking to spend several relaxing hours in the shade can head to the property's signature Sanctuary Spa which offers a full range of beauty and wellness treatments, including ayurvedic therapy, couple's massages, and a steam room.
