Adele just dropped a new zero makeup selfie and I'm losing it
The goddess that is Adele posts to Instagam so rarely that when she does grace the platform with her presence, the world is sent into meltdown.
After her initial return to the grid around a year ago, she's kept it relatively low-key. In August 2020 she shared a tribute to Beyonce's new visual album, Black King, saying "Thank you Queen for always making us all feel so loved through your art ♥️♥️" and we fell in love with he wavy blonde mermaid hair - a far cry from the gorgeous all-American blow-dry she wore on SNL
And more recently, she posted shots of herself out parting in LA and we once again lost our minds admiring her beautiful, glowing skin.
Today she posted another carousel of pictures. In the first image a black-and-white shot featuring Adele smiling into the camera, she's seen leaning a chin on her hand and revealing her incredible space-themed arm tattoo.
Her hair looks freshly washed and combed back over her shoulders, giving us a rare glimpse of her natural hair texture.
What's more, her usual high-glam beat is nowhere to be seen. Instead, she's fresh-faced and seemingly without a lot (or any) makeup. Her brows are beautifully groomed and her skin looks literally incredible, but there's not a smokey eye or contour shade in sight.
A second shot shows her swimming in the sea wearing incred psychedelic swim attire, and the third snap is an action shot of Adele sporting her iconic mermaid hair once more, and a pretty black and white midi dress.
The snaps are already at over a million likes - she's a popular gal - and her comment section is filled with hearts, flame emojis and other outpourings of love.
I don't know about you, but I'm so glad to see her back on the feed.
