  • Adele, 34, has been dating sports agent Rich Paul for more than a year now.

  • The singer-songwriter previously opened up about her relationship with Rich to Oprah Winfrey.

  • Adele and Rich have both revealed that they want more kids in the near future.

Adele is living her best life these days. The singer-songwriter, 34, has been busy preparing for her shows and doing lots of interviews since the release of her 2021 album 30. But she's also spending a lot of quality time with her boyfriend Rich Paul, who she's been dating for over a year now.

Adele was previously married to CEO Simon Konecki, and the two share a 9-year-old son, Angelo, together. They were together for seven years before Adele filed for divorce in 2019. In March 2021, the two finally reached a settlement, per Page Six.

For months following her divorce, romantic rumors followed the "Hello" singer around (including a possible connection with British rapper Skepta). And although she was living the single life back then, it looks like she's very smitten with her new man.

Now, she's fully in the spotlight with Rich, a high-profile sports agent. She even spilled details to Oprah Winfrey about the 'ship in an interview back in November. And in a new interview with Elle, Adele says that she's "obsessed" with Rich.

Here's everything to know about Rich, including his celeb connections and his thoughts on having kids again:

Adele and Rich are open to kids in the near future.

In a new interview with Elle, Adele shared that she's putting business first right now, but she's ready for more kids in the future. “I definitely want more kids...I’m a homemaker and I’m a matriarch, and a stable life helps me with my music," she explained. She also added that the couple is renovating their home with their kids in mind.

This isn't the first time she's mentioned growing her family. In February, Adele appeared as a guest on The Graham Norton Show and revealed that she's definitely thinking about a baby. When asked if she plans on touring this year following the postponement of her original residency in Vegas, she casually responded, "They're absolutely happening this year. Oh my god, yes. I want a baby next year."

She continued adding, "I have plans next year. Imagine if I have to cancel because I am having a baby!"

As for Rich, he told E! News in June that he was a "very young dad," noting that he has a daughter who's already a junior in college. But it sounds like he's still open to having more children in the future as well.

"As a young dad, growing a business, it was pretty tough," Rich told E! News. "But now, looking as an older dad... if I was to have more kids, I'm looking forward to being a different dad."

He also added that he hopes to be more patient and more involved. "Oftentimes, as you're building a business, you're on the go, you're moving around, the kids grow up fast in a blink of an eye." He continued, "Next thing, you know, they're walking, and they're riding the bike, running and flipping around, and that's the problem."

Does this mean the couple has plans for a child of their own? It certainly sounds like it.

Rich already has several kids.

In fact, he has three kids but has never been married, according to the New Yorker. Rich posted a snap of daughter Reonna on Instagram a while ago:

Adele is head over heels for Rich.

Adele opened up about what it's like to be in love again since her divorce. “I’ve never been in love like this. I’m obsessed with him," she told Elle.

For the past few months, engagement rumors were swirling around after Adele wore a not-so-subtle diamond ring to the Brit awards in February. “I’m not engaged. I just love high-end jewelry, boy!” she said. "I’m just in loooove! I’m happy as I’ll ever be. I might as well be married."

And in case you need further confirmation of another wedding in Adele's future, she shared that she's "absolutely" open to marriage again.

The couple showed off their love at a Gatsby-inspired wedding.

The couple celebrated NBA player Kevin Love and Kate Bocks’ nuptials in New York City on June 25. Rich knows Kevin from his work as a successful sports agent, but more on that in a sec.

The wedding guests (who exclusively wore all-black outfits) stuck to the old New York, Gatsby-inspired theme. Adele showed up in a long, black, off-the-shoulder gown and Rich looked equally as spiffy in a black tuxedo and white dress shirt.

And from the looks of this photo, Rich and Adele had a great time celebrating with Lebron James and his wife Savannah. Talk about a star-powered double date!

Rich works as a sports agent for NBA players.

Rich founded Klutch Sports Group, an agency that represents professional basketball players, per People. His clients include LeBron James, Trae Young, and Ben Simmons. He's known for being very good at his job—and persistent. Since starting his company in 2012, Rich has done almost $2 billion in deals, according to a recent New Yorker article.

One NBA general manager described Rich as "absolutely unrelenting in getting his players what they want, and he will use every means available to him to do that." Rich is also known for his commitment to "player empowerment," or helping NBA players build fan bases that support them, not just their teams.

He's from Cleveland, Ohio.

Rich was born and raised in Cleveland, Ohio. Growing up, he "definitely wanted to be an athlete," per the New Yorker, but he later realized that path wasn't for him, due to his height. "Your heart is big, but I'm small in size," he said.

Rich originally went to college at the University of Akron before transferring to Cleveland State when his father was diagnosed with intestinal cancer. He then dropped out after his father's death.

Rich's father "was always telling me my education was important," he told the New Yorker. "I always wanted to work. But I still probably would have finished school if my father was alive. I never wanted to let him down." So instead, Rich decided to follow in his footsteps "as an entrepreneur and businessman."

Rich has been friends with LeBron James for about 20 years.

As the NYC wedding photos make quite clear, Rich and LeBron love to hang together. The two first met in 2002 at an airport, according to the New Yorker. They quickly became friends after bonding over their love for vintage sports jerseys. They stayed close, and Rich started working with LeBron right after he was drafted into the NBA.

"I just felt like Rich was someone I wanted to grow with," LeBron explained to ESPN Magazine back in 2012. "He'd always kept it real with me, and I wanted him to be down with my team." Now, the two hang out pretty much everywhere together, from basketball courts to red carpets.

Rich has tons of celeb friends.

And LeBron isn't Rich's only celeb connection. He's also been spotted at games with famous figures like Khloe Kardashian:

Plus Jay-Z, Lionel Richie, Trevor Noah, Chance the Rapper—the list goes on!

Rich and Adele have been together for more than a year.

Rich and Adele were first linked together back in May 2021, per the New Yorker. In recent interviews with Vogue and British Vogue, Adele gushed about how happy she is with her beau.

"Rich just incredibly arrived," she said. "I don't feel anxious or nervous or frazzled. It's quite the opposite. It's wild." Adele explained that the two first met while at a party when she asked him (while "a bit drunk") "Do you want to sign me? I'm an athlete now."

The duo were friends for a while before deciding to date. The singer said she knew she'd hit it off with Rich because "the last thing I need is someone who doesn't know where they're at, or what they want. I know what I want," she added. "And I really know what I don't want."

The pair made their first public appearance together at (you guessed it) an NBA game in July. "I didn't mean to go public with it. I just wanted to go to the game," Adele explained. "I just love being around him. I just love it."

During her conversation with Oprah, Adele revealed exactly why she's been so happy with Rich: "He's just hilarious. Oh, he's so funny, he's hilarious, yeah. And very smart. You know, he's very, very smart. It's quite incredible watching him do what he does," she said.

"And just the easiness of it," the singer added. "It's just been very smooth." She also said this is the first time she's "loved myself and been open to loving and being loved by someone else."

"It's just timing," Adele explained. "But it'd be interesting to see what my reaction is like in general to anything that hurts me now that I feel so secure in myself, and I'm talking outside of romance as well."

He's always been super supportive of Adele and her career.

In an Instagram post from May, Adele shared a few rare photographs of the couple and their time together over the past couple of months.

She captioned the post, "Time flies 💋 ✨ ♥️."

The first photo shows Adele and Rich in front of a house holding up a set of keys, which could imply that the two are already living together, though it has yet to be confirmed. However, Adele did purchase Sylvester Stallone's mansion for $58 million, Architectural Digest reported in January.

A few other shots she included in the slides show some very wholesome moments, like one of the duo in matching baseball t-shirt and another of the two kissing backstage at what looks to be Adele's One Night Only CBS special.

The last is a pic of a fortune cookie that says, "You have found good company - enjoy." Fortune cookies usually don't reveal much, so if Adele was ever looking for a sign, that was definitely it.

He's about to be a published author.

Rich's memoir, Lucky Me, will be published by Roc Lit 101 (part of rapper Jay-Z's entertainment company, Roc Nation). The book will follow Rich's journey from growing up in Ohio to establishing a career in professional sports, according to The Hollywood Reporter.

Lucky Me is more than my story,” Rich said. “Lucky Me is the story of every young Black man who grew up like me. I want to use my story to uplift and inspire those who lived this and educate those who didn’t. I cannot tell you what it means to partner with my friend and mentor Jay-Z on this project. Lucky Me was the name of the book before I even spoke with Jay because his music was my life’s soundtrack.”

Sounds like Adele and Rich will be achieving power couple status in no time.
