The 21-year-old dancer donned a retro athleisure outfit that showed off her killer abs in a cute sports bra, and she was all kinds of toned.
Addison makes sure to fuel her body properly by snacking on fruits, and she stays active by doing Pilates, yoga, and dancing.
Addison Rae is known for her impressive dance skills that led her to TikTok fame. And it seems her dancing has also granted her a sizzling six-pack, which she was showing off while walking around in Los Angeles this week.
The 21-year-old dancer-turned-actress is wearing a Michael Kors track jacket from the MK x ellesse collection. She paired the jacket with a black sports bra and leggings for a retro, city-chic look.
Addison has definitely got the sporty look down, and she completed the 'fit with a beige purse that had a beaded keychain attached. There's so much retro action happening here, I don't know where to begin. Oh, and did I mention that she also accessorized with her seriously toned abs?
Addison is taking full advantage of the sun this summer, or at least that's what it seems like from her Instagram. This season's uniform: bikinis. And Addison has been rocking it.
While her wardrobe is the stuff of dreams, Addison's daily routine is actually super relatable, according to her Twitter. "Daily routine: wake up, eat, take a bath, eat, watch youtube videos/podcasts, eat, take a shower, eat, go to sleep," she wrote from her account. Preach.
Despite the comical nature of the post, this celeb keeps her body fueled with three meals a day and a mid-day snack. She especially loves fruit, and has posted about it on her Instagram.

But, of course, Addison's fave way to stay active is by dancing. As is made abundantly clear by her TikToks, Addison's dances are a creative and challenging cardio workout. Dancing is a great way to get your heart rate up and fit in some cardio while also capitalizing on a fun way to move your body.
Oh, and she also taught Kourtney Kardashian a 6-minute booty workout that included 30 seconds of fire hydrants on each side, donkey kicks, and fire hydrant extensions, according to Fansided. That definitely sounds like a workout that would target your glutes.
