Whether for work or play, actress Keke Palmer can be found jet setting from Los Angeles to New York to Europe — but regardless of wherever she's headed, she makes her health a priority.

“I am definitely health-focused and always trying to find the best ways to keep myself balanced especially with all the traveling I do,” she told Travel + Leisure recently.

The "Nope" star, 29, has partnered with supplement brand Olly, and specifically travels with their Undeniable Beauty, Keep It Movin,' and Goodbye Stress gummies that promote hair and nail health, gut health, and relaxation, respectively.

And while the supplements are helpful she also noted that she also prioritizes sleep.

“Very seldom will I read a script on a plane," she told T+L. "It’s happened before but it’s a rare thing. I usually sleep to be honest. Then if it’s super long I’ll wake up and watch something.”

Palmer also travels with a number of products to keep herself looking good and feeling fresh and healthy including Aquaphor.

“Mainly because it’s multipurpose and easy," she told T+L. "It can be for hands, lips and body!”

The actress, who shared — possibly our favorite tip — that she always travels with a blanket or teddy bear from home, also mentioned that when it comes to jet lag, she tries to plan around it if possible.

“Try and give yourself a buffer day, beginning your trip and ending it," she said. "Just to have some time for adjusting,"

Palmer, who is originally from Illinois, traveled throughout Europe this summer, revisiting her favorite places in Budapest and Berlin, but told T+L she's really excited to be in New York for the fall and winter seasons.

“I just love being in New York," she said. "It’s my favorite because of the weather and the lights and all the activities. I’m looking forward to driving through some beautiful Brooklyn neighborhoods and seeing some beautiful decor."
