Ace Hardware Will Help You Find a Babysitter So You Can Focus on Your DIYs
Ace Hardware is giving you no excuses to continue putting off painting that room you’ve been talking about redoing for months! The company wants to end project procrastination by turning “some day” into an actual date: April 3. Between now and then, Ace has offers to ensure customers see their DIYs through—including helping you find a babysitter!
Ace has three free offers for people who want to finally get to work. Through Sittercity—an online marketplace for finding caregivers—you can get a free babysitter search and screening. The paint-specific offers include free delivery on orders over $50 at participating Ace Hardware locations. You can order those online or at a local Ace and have your paint personally delivered by one of the store’s helpful hardware folks. On March 20, there will be a “Free Sample Saturday,” meaning customers can get a free color sample to test at home before committing to a color.
“Paint is the easiest way to put a fresh face on tired walls, or make old siding look and feel new again. We also realize paint procrastination is real,” Kim Lefko, chief marketing officer at Ace Hardware, said in a press release. “A new pop of color or walls that make your friends talk is the perfect way to kickstart spring; fresh paint feels better than your deepest spring cleaning.”
With free paint samples, delivery, and a childcare search, now sounds like a pretty good time to go all in on your paint project. Oh, and for paint project advice and color choice tools, customers can head to Ace's Paint Studio here.
