Whether it’s the pandemic or the stress of the holidays, there’s a lot going on these days to get our minds racing. So much so, that you may find it difficult to unwind every now and then. But even though you might feel some uneasiness, there’s one product that may be able to bring some comfort.

The Asutra Mood Mist is an aromatherapy spray that helps bring you a little closer to relaxation. It contains both chamomile and lavender essential oils to help calm your mind and relax your body. Not to mention, the spray is approved by tennis star Venus Williams.

“You can use this on your body, you can use this as a room spray, you can use it on your sheets,” Williams stated in a quote on the product’s description page. “And, it has an amazing lavender smell that’s very relaxing.”

According to VeryWell, multiple studies have shown that lavender may offer some short-term anxiety relief. Additionally, many people believe it promotes relaxation and can help treat depression, insomnia and restlessness.

On the other hand, chamomile is another powerful essential oil in aromatherapy that has proven to help reduce anxiety and stress. Case in point: researchers from a 2018 study found lower morning cortisol levels in respondents when given chamomile therapy.

Described as a “pillow potion,” the Asutra Aromatherapy Spray is 100 percent vegan and non-toxic. Plus, it’s multipurpose and comes in different essential oils! You can spritz it onto your clothes, linens, body or into the air to add freshness.

While the spray may not be a cure-all, one shopper touted it as a “great product” to have on hand when you sense stress coming.

“I used this product for stress/anxiety/panic relief,” one reviewer explained. “While obviously it’s not a medication or going to stop horrid times in their tracks, it’s a great product to use prior to events that may cause stress or strife. I’ll spray some in my truck before work and find myself a little more at ease.”

Another shopper praised how it helped them get in the right head space before bed.

“Love this spray!” one reviewer commented. “I spray it on my pillow and sheets before I lay down and it has such a light but great scent! [It] calms and soothes me so I can fall asleep.”

But despite many raving reviews, one shopper noted that the scent didn’t last as long as they expected.
