ABC Hid Two Huge Easter Eggs In The Latest ‘Bachelorette’ Promo Photo

The very first episode of Michelle Young's journey to find love as the next Bachelorette airs tonight, and Bachelor Nation is waiting with bated breath for the first hunky, single guy to step out of a limo. Usually, viewers enjoy hunting for standout contestants over the course of the episode, leading up to Michelle's first bloom (a.k.a. the first impression rose).

But this season, ABC had other plans. The network just released a brand new promo photo that totally spoils Michelle's first pick—and fans were less than impressed. Oh, and if you're a Bachelor in Paradise viewer? Yes, this is exactly like that finale engagement spoiler. Buckle up!

Warning: spoilers ahead! Stop reading here if you don't want to know what happens on Michelle Young's season of The Bachelorette!

Okay, where is this promo photo?

Right here (see if you can spot the mistakes!):

Stuck? Allow Instagram account @bachelornation.scoop to explain: "Class photo 😍🥂🌹Tomorrow!!🥳 ETA: Photo contains 2 spoilers- who received the first impression 🌹 and Ryan is missing 👀 #thebachelorette #michelleyoung #bachelornation," the post's caption reads.

So, what's the big deal?

Well, two things, actually. First of all, you can totally spot who wins the first impression rose. It's the guy with a bloom already pinned to his lapel—he's the first contestant in the second row, a.k.a. Nayte Olukoya.

Not convinced? The king of spoilers, Reality Steve, confirmed the news on Twitter not too long ago. "For those who’ve asked for the last month who got Michelle’s first impression rose, the group photo gives it away. Only one guy has the rose on his lapel and this photo is always taken towards the end of night 1. Thanks ABC!" he wrote.

Also, another contestant—Ryan Fox—is missing from the photo. Why exactly is TBD, but there's a theory he could have been eliminated early (gasp!). Turns out, Ryan starred as the Bachelor during the "Bachelor Live on Stage" tour back in February 2020, according to another Tweet from Steve:

And, @bachelornation.scoop posted a DM suggesting Ryan could be "a producer plant."

Looks like someone's not here for the right reasons—and Michelle could have sniffed him out right away.

What is Bachelor Nation saying?

Tbh, they're not too happy about it. "When ABC spoils their own season 💀," one user commented on @bachelornation.scoop's post. Someone else added, "do they not care about spoiling people??😭🤣 ," while a third fan wrote, "ABC just doesn’t give a 🤬🙈😂."

Whether the slip was accidental or on purpose, fans now have a huge head start when it comes to sleuthing out Michelle's new beau. (And, if you can't wait until the finale airs, you can snag all the spoilers for yourself here!)

So, watch out for Nayte and Ryan when Michelle's season premieres tonight at 8:00 p.m. on ABC.
