Aaron Kwok and Tony Leung looking forward to filming

15 Nov – Aaron Kwok and Tony Leung Chiu Wai recently appeared in their respective costumes at the production commencement ceremony for their first ever collaborative film, "Theory of Ambitions".

As reported on Mingpao, Aaron, who never worked with Tony despite being in showbiz for many decades shared, "I have played a cop many times before, but this time, it's a different challenge. It's an interesting role, and a great chance to work with Tony."

As for Tony, the award-winning actor shared similar excitement, saying that this is the first time he is working with the "Port of Call" team [Aaron Kwok, Michael Ning and director Philip Yung], adding that he is looking forward to it very much.

Aside from Aaron and Tony, the movie also boast a star-studded cast that include Patrick Tam, Michael Chow, Maggie Cheung Ho Yee, Tse Kwan-Ho, Ron Ng, Louis Cheung, and Michael Hui - the latter to play the ICAC Commissioner.

It also stars director Philip Yung's girlfriend Jeana Ho as Tony Leung's wife.

"Theory of Ambitions" is based on the true story of four corrupt senior Hong Kong police officers in the 1960s (to be played by Tony, Aaron, Patrick, and Michael Chow), whose world turned upside down with the emergence of the Independent Commission Against Corruption (ICAC).
