A Note from Bobbi

I can’t believe it has been a month since we launched Yahoo Beauty. Becoming the Editor-in-Chief of an online beauty magazine has been one of the most exciting (and to be honest, craziest) things I have ever done. In addition to being a makeup artist, I’ve been an on-air beauty expert at the Today Show, written countless magazine columns, and have my own blog Everything Bobbi. Yahoo Beauty is all those experiences combined—at lightning speed. I’ve also had to pick up a few new skills, too. Who knew that I would become a celebrity interviewer? Entering this new digital realm has been a thrilling experience.

I have to give a shout-out to my amazing editorial team, Ruba Abu-Nimah, Britt Aboutaleb, Tara Tersigni, Sara Bliss, and Joanna Douglas who have been working around the clock to make Yahoo Beauty amazing. I’m so proud of what we’ve done so far, and I can’t wait to see where we are going. I am also thrilled that in just a short time we’ve been nominated for Marie Claire’s Most Wanted Awards in the category of Must-Read Editorial Beauty Site. We’re in the company of websites I really admire, and I couldn’t be more proud. Definitely stop by and vote for us!
