Slow Cooked Pork Roast
Serves 6 to 8
1-3 to 4 pound pork shoulder
2 tablespoons smoked paprika
1 tablespoon light brown sugar
1 teaspoon garlic powder
2 teaspoons celery salt
2 teaspoons dry mustard
1 teaspoon ground cumin
1 teaspoon ground coriander
1 medium onion, thinly sliced

In a small bowl, mix together all the spices. Add onions to the Crock-Pot. Place pork shoulder in Crock-Pot. Rub with spice mixtures on all sides. Place fat side up. Cook on low for 12 hours. Remove pork from Crock-Pot and shred with a fork. Serve.
