In an interview with Goop (Gwyneth Paltrow’s lifestyle newsletter), Aniston shared: “I have said this before but it’s the truth — I really think hydration is so important … and sleep!” Some positive thinking doesn’t hurt either: “Being happy is also a key to looking and feeling younger,” she said.

Halle Berry’s secret to looking so youthful is pretty simple — diet and exercise. Berry turns 52 in August, and she’s maintained her body in tip-top shape.

She’s become our new fitspo! Her Instagram account is filled with a variety of exercises and healthy food options. She even has messages to keep you motivated. Berry wrote, “Here is a tip for focusing that helps me stay on track: Find images of people who embody what you visualize yourself looking like.” Done and done!

We can’t forget about birthday girl Sandra Bullock. At 54, she is hands down one of Hollywood’s ageless beauties.

She recently revealed on The Ellen DeGeneres Show that she swears by the “Hollywood EGF Facial,” otherwise known as the “Penis Facial.” Yup, you heard that right! “I think when you see how good it is to your face you too will run to your local facialist,” she said. The serum used in the facial is made from the foreskin of a baby’s penis. If this gives Sandy her glow, we may have to consider trying it.
