Ted Lasso's Jamie Tartt is unlike any other character on television. He's a young football (yes, football, because they're in the UK) star with a chip on his shoulder, a slight dose of daddy issues, and a "right foot kissed by God." He's a former contestant of a Love Island-esque parody reality show, and, lately, an all-around team player with a heart of gold and some of the funniest one-liners in comedy history (look at his interactions with frenemy Roy Kent if you don't believe me). Most importantly, though—he's a fuckin' style icon.

Let's face it: we live in a world where TV characters, if they're rich enough, are embracing a "quiet luxury" sort of look. Not Jamie, though! I mean, the lad has drip. Style coming out of his pores, really. And none of it is quiet. In fact, if Kendall Roy is the face of quiet luxury, Jamie Tartt (played by Phil Dunster) is the poster child for noisy, boisterous luxury so in-your-face that it's like being kicked in the head with a football. Not in a bad way, though. He's never seen wearing anything that could even be remotely called boring, and he always knows how to drag the attention toward him, even if he's just in the background of a scene.

Like many young athletes, Tartt has enough money to rep a new designer brand every day. He has some favorites, though—a Dsquared2 hat he can't seem to get enough of, a healthy selection of Nike bags and printed bomber jackets. The basic uniform of Jamie Tartt, when he's not in his Richmond FC kit, is as follows: a baseball hat (with a logo), a hoodie or shirt with a vest over it (and a logo), a crossbody bag (with a logo), some athletic-type pants, and a flashy pair of kicks (with, of course, a logo).

Compared to just about every other character on Ted Lasso (perhaps only save for Keeley Jones), Jamie's style is absolutely unparalleled and undefeated. What can I say? The boy knows how to accessorize! And this is a man who is not afraid of a print or a bit of color. He knows how to put together a look, too—there are dozens of good ones throughout Ted Lasso, but these are the nine best.

#9. The richest boy in Richmond

Oh, to be young, rich, and gorgeous. Jamie Tartt can relate. For him, the term "casual dressing" is a Giorgio Armani bomber jacket (sadly sold out, now) that costs a few hundred dollars. And, because he's a maximalist at heart, it obviously has a zebra print. Jamie's clothes are as loud and confident as his personality, which is why this look—about as muted as it gets, for him—with it's sleek bomber is one of his best ever.

#8. Jamie after hours

Headphones: on. Jacket: printed. One of the best things about Jamie Tartt is that he has money and wants people to know it. Quiet luxury be damned! He's got red Beats, a printed Nike jacket, and an attitude as killer as his wardrobe. It's hard to even say anything clashes, when it's worn with this much confidence.

#7. Work hard, play hard

Workwear, for Jamie Tartt, is a Stone Island canvas overshirt. And why the hell shouldn't it be? These days, the Stone Island patch is a surefire signifier that you're cool, young, and in the know with fashion trends. Obviously, Jamie has to rep, too! I just love that, for a task that involves a lot of physical labor and perhaps some messiness too (ie. rebuilding Sam Obisanya's restaurant), Jamie pulled out the SI—and we cannot forget the Dsquared2 hat that reads ICON across it. Kudos to you, man.

#6. Humble kings wear camo

It's Christmas, Jamie—the time for giving and selflessness! What better way to reflect your humility than by wearing the most unassuming print of all: camouflage. Of course, no outfit is complete without a few chains, too.

#5. Sporty Spice-core

Take notes from Jamie Tartt, gents—he knows how to layer. Somehow, he manages to make athleticwear look cool and fashionable instead of functional and boring. It's a statement look, really. Tartt has a definitive sense of style and doesn't waver from it—he knows what works for him. And he knows it's a crossbody bag and vest.

#4. An icon living

I don't think there's anything quite as iconic as wearing a Dsquared2 jacket that loudly labels you as ICONIC. This look is so on-brand for Jamie, really. He finds the loudest, coolest designs in streetwear, and wears 'em proudly (note how he never lets the garments wear him). And with a look like this, how can you even deny it? He really is an icon. Even if he is a little sad at being second best.

This is another fantastically maximalist look by Jamie. It has everything quintessential to him! Vest? Check. Crossbody bag? Check. ICON hat? Check. He's every bit the arrogant and haughty boy-prince athlete, and he knows how to color-coordinate.

When you're a famous footballer, you sometimes have to step up your fit game for the press. When Jamie Tartt does that, he does it to perfection. I'm talking a power-suit: sleek as fuck, all-black, shades on. Even while he's on a remorseful press tour lamenting his being fired from his football club, he looks good as hell, and we have to respect a man who doesn't let a knock to his football game knock his fit game, too.

#1. Gucci everywhere

This look is the epitome of Jamie Tartt. Even before he swapped the polos for puffer vests, he was dressing like a lad who has the money, power, and overall lack of self-consciousness to put together a statement look. Props to the Ted Lasso stylists, really: between the polo, ICON hat, and Gucci track jacket, this is a quintessential and very real British troublemaker look.
