7 MCU Projects Scarlet Witch Could Reappear In After "Multiverse Of Madness"

Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness shocked audiences with its ending, which showed Scarlet Witch sacrificing herself to destroy the Darkhold. But is she really gone?
Since death is a revolving door for superheroes, Marvel Studios could still bring Wanda back for a future project, especially since audiences didn't actually see her die. With the amount of love that the Scarlet Witch has received from fans in recent years, it's unlikely that the studio would just kill her off. And so, here's a list of seven MCU projects Scarlet Witch could reappear in.
NOTE: Marvel's What If...? will be excluded from this list, since it's very much a given that another variant of Wanda will appear.
7.The Marvels
Wanda played an important role in creating another hero in the MCU, as her magical hex gave Monica Rambeau superpowers, turning her into another Captain Marvel, aka Photon. Though it looks like Rambeau will go off on her own adventure in the stars in The Marvels, the connection she forged with Wanda in Westview warrants another team-up.
6.Loki Season 2
What if Wanda still had some of America Chavez's power and whisked herself to another universe at the last second? This and her multiversal rampage could grab the attention of the Time Variance Authority, which could lead to her and Loki teaming up to take down its new leader, Kang the Conqueror. The God of Mischief did play a role in reawakening Wanda's powers, so it would be interesting to see these two sorcerers form an uneasy alliance to take down Kang.
5.Doctor Strange 3
Since Wanda played a significant part in Multiverse of Madness, it would make sense for her to return in Doctor Strange's third solo outing. While another sequel hasn't been confirmed yet, the appearance of Clea at the end of the second film does set one up. Perhaps Stephen and Clea will recruit the Scarlet Witch to help undo the incursion that Strange caused.
4.X-Men
Scarlet Witch was such an essential character in the X-Men comics that it would be a crime not to include her in Disney's new world of mutants. Wanda infamously wiped almost all mutants from reality in the House of M comic, so a reversal of this could bring them to the MCU. If this does come to fruition, we could finally see her meet her adoptive father, Magneto.
3.Secret Wars
With the introduction of universe-ending "incursions," Marvel set the stage for an adaptation of the 2015 Secret Wars storyline. This should undoubtedly lead to another Avengers-level crossover and bring together characters from across the multiverse. Wanda could also be thrust into the fire, and with her immense power, she could play a pivotal role in defeating the big bad of this film.
2.Agatha: House of Harkness
This one seems the most likely candidate, given that Agatha was the Scarlet Witch's main adversary in WandaVision. Agatha was last seen getting trapped in Westview in her "Agnes" persona by Wanda, who said if she needed her, she knew where to find her. This upcoming spin-off series could see Wanda approach Agatha for help controlling her powers after she lost herself to the Darkhold, and a post-credits scene would be the perfect moment to tease such an alliance.
1.Scarlet Witch Solo Film
Though Multiverse of Madness was about Wanda just as much as it was about Doctor Strange, it still set the basis for an exciting film focusing primarily on the Scarlet Witch. Wong explained that the Darkhold was created by the demon Chthon, one of Wanda's adversaries in the comics, so why not have her face this ancient magician next?
In fact, the castle at Mount Wundagore, which Wanda destroyed, acted as a prison for Chthon in the comics. The idea that she accidentally unleashed this demon on the world could present an interesting new story. It could add to Wanda's growth as a character as she continues her journey of self-forgiveness for her mistakes. Chthon's return could even be another reason for her to seek Agatha's help.
