Madonna, The Queen of Pop, made a surprise appearance during the opening of last night's MTV Video Music Awards, where she was honored with a tribute for her career.

It was also the channel's 40th anniversary, so it only made sense that she took part in the iconic show. And she looked amazing in an all-leather look. At 63, she confidently showed off her super toned butt and legs in a one-piece thong bustier and matching cap that she rocked with heels and black fishnet stockings. And she shared a series of pics on her Instagram.

"And they said I wouldn’t last. ………….. 🕶 🕶 🕶 🕶 #vmas2021," she captioned the post.

Celebrity trainer Isaac Boots commented, "Dat 🍑 doh #WeLoveYouMadonna," and comedian Billy Eichner commented, "🖤🖤🖤🖤🖤."

And actress Laverne Cox made a tribute post on her IG.

"Strong empowered women have always inspired me. The VMA opening with Madonna was beautiful tonight. #VMAS," she captioned the post.

Her appearance and outfit basically broke the internet, with Twitter blowing off about her peachy behind.

In 2019, she responded to rumors that she had undergone butt augmentation. But it's clear that she also invests plenty of time and energy in the gym.

One of her trainers, Craig Smith told Daily Mail Australia that Madonna works out for at least 30 minutes, six days a week. “I vary the workouts every single day,” he says. “She does a combination of circuit training, interval training, and resistance training. Dance is obviously a huge part of that.”

She also continues to rehab from hip surgery that she needed following an injury during her MadameX Tour in 2019, per People. She recently posted an IG video of herself doing hip exercises.

As for her nutrition, she follows a macrobiotic diet, which is largely vegetarian, sometimes even vegan.
