You know you're making chicken anyway — it may as well be good!
There’s a reason boneless chicken breast recipes are in everyone's dinner arsenal. From tasty finger foods to the most refreshing salads, chicken breasts can be made in so many delicious ways — which is precisely why it's so hard for us to get enough of America's top bird when it comes to great food. And the best part of it all is that chicken breast is actually healthy, which is another reason why this lean white meat is the ruler of the roost throughout the country. In fact, chicken breasts have a slight nutritional edge over thighs: one 3½ oz serving of chicken breast meat is only 165 calories, with 31 g of protein (vs 209 calories and 26 g protein for the equivalent of thigh meat). Another bonus? They’re super easy (and speedy) to cook, especially those that are boneless and skinless.
Of course, with so many ways to prepare chicken breast, it's all too easy to get stuck rotating the same three or four chicken recipes over and over again. That's why we've rounded up some of the best quick and easy chicken breast recipes that use the bird in fresh new ways, including for healthy sandwiches as well as for salads, tacos, sautés, and more. Whether you're going for a comforting soup or a filling pasta dish, you’ll be sitting down to an easy (winner!) chicken dinner that reminds you why you fell in love with chicken in the first place.
Don: I wasn't worried about the Coronavirus or the number of patients. I couldn't understand, based on the data and numbers I saw why we were so panicked. I believe fully, that our intelligence arm started telling the government that something bad was coming and that China was attempting to hide their number of cases. I also believe that the government, in an attempt to maintain calm and prevent panic, did not react too swiftly and attempted thread the needle of responding to save lives but not responding too quickly so as to incite panic. I look at Italy, Spain, England, and the US and see the number of cases. The country of China has 1.4 billion people, yet fewer cases than countries with only 25-40 million people. Even the US as big as we are they should have more cases than us. There is no doubt in my mind that China hid their number of infected. There is no doubt in my mind that we are paying the price for their Socialist, Military government that has no accountability to anyone. This is why when we fought against the Russians in the cold war or attempted to stop the spread of communism in south east Asia we were absolutely within our rights to do so. When a government has no accountability to the people they are dangerous, when a world power has no accountability to the people they are able to destroy the world.
