Unfortunately, you can't go back in time to get a do over. Big or small, regrets can feel heavy on your shoulders, even years later. But as with any struggle in life, it's best to learn from your mistakes, seek out the positive, and grow. Baby boomers, born between 1946 and 1964, have lived through the Cold War, Civil Rights Movement, Vietnam, Woodstock, and more. We interviewed six individuals over the age of 55 about their deepest regrets, and they shared with us the secrets from their past that can offer a important lesson or new perspective to others.
