Mary J. Blige has been the "Queen of Hip-Hop Soul" for ages, and she’s back on the road RN to remind people that she still reigns supreme. Well, the 51-year-old singer just dropped some BTS pics from her onstage looks on Instagram, and they’re simply everything.

In one shot, Mary works a white, long-sleeved bodysuit with a major cut-out down the front, revealing a peek of her toned abs. She accessorized the whole thing with fishnets and thigh-high boots that highlight her super strong legs. In another, Mary shows off a pink, purple and blue bra top with matching high-waisted shorts and super high stiletto boots that show case those legs.

“Good Morning Gorgeous Tour!! next stop DC tonight!!” Mary wrote in the caption. People cheered her on in the comments. “All hail the #Queen 👑,” one wrote. “Can you please start a boot line!!!! Auntie be having the BADDEST BOOTS OUT!!!!” another said.

Cut on over to her Instagram Story, and there’s a photo of Mary in a corseted look, paired with booty shorts and feather-lined boots that show off just how strong this singer is.

Mary hasn’t shared much about her workouts lately but, ya know, performing onstage is some serious cardio, and Mary knows how to put in the work. Case in point:

In 2020, Mary also shared with Health that she’s not a huge fan of working out—but she still shows up to get in the reps and stay strong. “I don't like it, but I have to do it,” she said. “I do a lot of weights—heavy lifting.”

Mary told Self that she exercises four times a week with a trainer. It's full body,” she said. “Sometimes I'll tell them, okay, well, let's concentrate on the legs, well let's concentrate on the arms, or let's go hard on the abs.” At the end of the week, she said, she focuses on cardio. “I mean, you have to train like an athlete,” she said. “This is the game.”

Mary also shared a few insights into how she fuels her body for those workouts (and for her epic performances). “I eat a lot of protein. I drink a green juice every day. I've been a vegetable eater since I was a kid. If I am going to indulge, it's a Coke float—vanilla ice cream and Coke. Or a fudge cupcake.”

But Mary also told Self that she just feels good about herself, saying, “my body image and self-esteem is at a pretty good place.” 👏 👏 👏

Love that for you, Mary! Keep killing it!
