3. Black Panther gets animated

Chadwick Boseman’s superhero isn’t scheduled to return to screens until at least next year, but Marvel is making the wait more bearable with the release of a series of Lego-themed shorts, Lego Marvel Super Heroes: Black Panther — Trouble in Wakanda, which feature King T’Challa and his fellow Wakandan heroes fighting bad guys. 4. Cate Blanchett says #MeToo

The Oscar-winning star of Carol says that she’s one of the dozens of women who experienced sexual misconduct at the hands of disgraced former movie mogul Harvey Weinstein. Instead, they’re about Kardashian’s efforts to persuade President Trump to pardon Alice Marie Johnson, a 62-year-old woman serving a life sentence in prison for a nonviolent drug offense.
