Because who really has time to go to the salon?
Finding time to head into the salon for a bang trim can be almost more difficult than the task itself. Luckily, with a little bit of faith, a steady hand, and the following key steps, an at-home touch-up trim is entirely possible to do yourself.
1. "Seeing how your hair falls naturally is key," explains celebrity hairstylist Juan Carlos Maciques. "Comb your bangs down right away after the shower and let them air-dry. This will allow cowlicks and those small sections of hair that fall in random directions pop up, therefore drying them to perfection or pulling them taught is a big no-no."
2. Once hair has been dried naturally, Maciques recommends positioning your scissors vertically and cutting tiny sections of your bangs to the desired length without lifting them. This will leave a softer edge to your fringe, rather than a blunt line straight across that can occur when cutting horizontally.
Jane: Speaker Pelosi passed a bill in the House on 1/3/19 to open the government. On the day she was sworn in. It was the same bill the GOP Senate passed unanimously in December. If McConnell brought it to a vote now it would pass again and the government would re open despite the president. But since when does truth get in the way of a lying Huckabee.
