Tracee Ellis Ross, 48, is known for her intense dedication to the Tracy Anderson Method, and she’s been doing the dance-based workouts at home for months thanks to the pandemic. Now, she’s finally back at the gym and, it seems, thrilled about it.

Tracee shared a new video on Instagram of herself working out in Anderson’s gym alongside the caption, “So good to be back at @tracyandersonmethod!”

In the video, you can see Tracee wearing a gorgeous matching yellow sports bra and leggings combo—accessorized with fierce abs and a tight butt—while going through a series of intense-looking exercises. There’s Tracee doing slow kick-backs against a resistance band, leg lifts from the side, and squats while she dances. The whole thing looks super hard, but it’s clear that 48-year-old is having a blast.

People cheered her on in the comments. “Healthy and wealthy let’s get it 🤽♂️🔥🔥🔥,” one wrote. “You are shinning in yellow 💛 my Queen❤️❤️,” someone else chimed in.

The Girlfriends star has been sharing snippets on Instagram of herself doing Tracy Anderson Method workouts from home for months. In March, she dropped a video of herself doing weighted leg lifts while using a chair for support. “Getting a good sweat in,” she wrote in the caption.

She shared another video in September of herself doing weighted leg lifts while planking. You know, NBD.

Tracee has been doing the Tracy Anderson Method for nine years, telling Health in 2017 that the exercises have been “really good” for her. "I find that, as adults, we stay so regimented in our movement, even if we get on a treadmill," she told the publication. "The music changes all the patterns, and my body gets to move freely, so you feel amazing—which is ultimately the point of the workouts, too."

Tracee also talked about her love of Anderson’s workouts on Instagram in April 2020. "I love the workouts and have been doing it for years," she wrote. "It keeps me strong and long with a little jiggle. Just like I like!"
