Hannah Waddingham is all muscle, as she reveals her mega-strong arms in a stunning strapless dress at the 2022 Emmy Awards last night. Her toned biceps are the ultimate accessory for a sizzling red-carpet look.

By far the best part of Hannah's outfit was her shoes. While posing for photos, the Ted Lasso actress picked up her pink dress to reveal her comfortable and cute footwear: sparkly, sequin sneakers from Dolce & Gabanna.

"Nobody knows that I don't have heels on underneath," she said during E!'s Live from the Red Carpet pre-show, People reported. "I feel like we've got the inside scoop and everyone else is doing the *click-click* thing." The floor-length gown was a total hack as Hannah strutted around the awards ceremony.

Hannah's been relatively hush-hush about how she gets her toned muscles, but, from the looks of her Instagram, she enjoys a relaxing walk to get her body moving.

If this didn't pursue acting, she said she would "definitely have gone down the beauty, skincare route," she told Glamour. "I’m obsessed. I think you’re really into it, or you’re not. And I’m really into it.”
