The High Note star Tracee Ellis Ross has pretty much mastered the at-home workout game in recent months. She's shared multiple sweat seshes on Instagram, from dance exercises to a few fun Tracy Anderson Method workouts. In the Black-ish actress's latest Instagram video, she's sharing a new at-home workout instructed virtually by her personal trainer Quinn. Not only does the 47-year-old nail the limited equipment workout, but she does it in a cute matching Koral two-piece outfit while showing off her toned abs.

"Still getting my workouts in! Makin this sh*t work. Thank you Quinn for bearing with my antics @heartandhustlegym," Tracee captioned her video.

"Okay, very limited equipment here at the Tracee gym," she says at the start of her workout.

She gets to doing some Arnold presses with eight-pound dumbbells. By the fourth rep, Tracee lets out a quick F-bomb, followed by an "Oh my god" after two more reps.

She then moves into single-arm dumbbell swings using a 15-pound dumbell. "Come on, booty!" Tracee says as she knocks out her reps, going up to 12. "Sitting for Zoom is soooo much easier," she adds. (True!)

Next, Tracee grabs a resistance band for some lateral steps, followed by stiff leg deadlifts with two 15-pound dumbbells. "That's right, we're gonna move towards that person right in front of us and give 'em a squeeze. Heyyyy," she says.

After those, she uses a step and a plate to do some weighted hip dips. "That's my booty screaming!" she says.

Following the dips, she does a hold with the plate still on her hips. "I will not let go till it burns," Tracee says as Quinn counts her down.

As her workout finale, she does incline pushups, which are a total (and relatable) struggle, letting out laughs and sighs with each rep.

"In the pandemic, I've lost a little strength, I'm gonna do two more," Tracee says. "I'm okay. That sh*t is hard. I'm alive."

Not only does Tracee make it out of her intense workout alive, but she looks freakin' fit and toned to boot.
