Jordan is aiming for the 2024 Olympic qualifiers for the marathon distance. In the past, she's run races with markings on her face and body to raise awareness for Missing and Murdered Indigenous Women. Rob, meanwhile, is a four-time Canadian marathon champion and current record holder for the Lululemon SeaWheeze Half Marathon. (He clocked a scorching time of 1:09:47 in 2019.)

You can get access to these running pros and their go-to routines for core and mobility work—totally free—by registering for the free WH Live+ event on July 23.

The workout will be followed by a Q&A with WH editor-in-chief Liz Plosser that's focused on the power of embracing a mindful approach while running—or whatever your preferred activity may be. Liz has traveled from NYC to Vancouver to run the SeaWheeze race two times (it's THAT kind of race!), and is doing it virtually this year. You can too...and there's also a 10K option! Sign up here.

#RunningForJustice - It’s been a year since I decided to use my running platform to raise awareness of the epidemic of missing and murdered indigenous Womxn & girls. Sitting on the bus to head to the Boston Marathon start line - people stared and I felt uncomfortable because the last thing I wanted was to stick out BUT I kept my focus on this prayer run and those I was running for. 26 names, 26 prayers, 26 miles. I ended my last .2 to the finish line for my hero - Lala Nyal Brings. • FACTS: 106 prayers, 106 names, 106 miles dedicated for Indigenous womxn, girls, mxn, two-spirits, Trans folx & elders for 2019. 🔺Prayers for earth protectors like Berta Caćeres- to expose the violence they face in protecting their lands from big oil & the extractive industry 🔺4 in 5 MMIWG cases in counties intersecting the KXL pipeline (@sovereignbodies ) 🔺135 #MMIW cases in Montana, with a majority happening since 2010 🔺84% experience violence in their lifetime. 56% experience sexual violence. 97% were victimized by non-natives 🔺Homicide = 3rd leading cause of death - 10-24yrs of age 🔺5,712 reported missing in 2016, ONLY 116 documented by DOJ • MY SPIRIT: The handprint represents the silenced voices taken from our communities from violence and MMIW/5712 painted on my body. It weighs heavy. Over time - this has led to anxiety attacks, depression, nightmares, finding their names & their stories was sad and didn’t sleep great. I’m learning how to continue this in a healthy way - emotionally/physically. I felt like if I wasn’t running - I wasn’t helping. My mileage increased - pushed myself to exhaustion, achilles tendinitis, and adrenal fatigue. I’m healing and learning. Despite the pain I was in, I focused every step on our stolen relatives to get me to the finish line. This new journey has connected me to more advocates, families, opportunities and new family like @rosaliefishx. #WeAreStillHere. I’m inspired by everyone who is putting in the work to end this long-standing violence on Indigenous peoples. It’s an honor to run for them. I’m forever grateful. I’ll keep running & organizing. Much love to my Ina, Atè, my partner & all of you. Wopila tanka! ✊🏽❤️

Make sure to take note of the cute 'fits Jordan and Liz wear during the event. They're a sneak peek of the exclusive SeaWheeze Half Marathon Lululemon gear that will be available in Lulu's virtual store starting Aug. 11. (In the past, people have camped out for the chance to buy these duds, so getting to order them from your couch is a BFD.)

Sign up now, and we'll see you on July 23!
