  • Jessica Biel went on The Late Show with James Corden to talk all things Candy, a new Hulu series in which she plays the titular character.

  • The actress, 40, showed off her legs for days in a short dress and some strappy heels. And she was looking so strong!

  • Jessica is a huge yogi and has been for well over a decade.

She may play a murderous housewife in her latest role on Hulu's Candy, but Jessica Biel took a break from her curly-haired character to make an appearance on The Late Show with James Corden to promote the series.

The actress, 40, donned a patterned collared shirtdress and a pair of sleek black heels that showed off her strong, sculpted legs. Her hair is totally giving Jenna Rink from 13 Going on 30 and I LOVE it! Bring on the wispy, loose pieces!

Jessica captioned a set of Instagram photos from the night, “Last night (in heels! for five seconds!) with @latelateshow ✨👟Talking @candyonhulu with @j_corden and @davidspade 🪓."

Jessica is playing the titular character in Candy, which is a true-crime story based on the ax murder of Texas housewife Betty Gore by Candy Montgomery. “If looks could kill. 🪓,” the show’s Instagram commented on Jessica's post.

Others filled the comments with praise on just how fabulous Jessica (and her legs) look.

“You look amazing!!! And love the heels!!!👏😍,” wrote one person. Another chimed in, with literal straight fire emojis: "🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥.” My thoughts exactly! "Loving the look," Hulu's Instagram account commented (the actress recently starred in their new true-crime series Candy).

So, how does Jessica keeps those legs so strong and toned? Luckily, she’s shared some of her best tips and tricks!

Jessica is very diligent about making time to do 20 to 30 minutes of yoga each day, and has been practicing yoga for well over a decade. "It's become so much more than an exercise—more of a stress reliever and a life calmer," she told Women’s Health. "It just helps me with everything that I have to do in my life."

She also incorporates other types of fitness into her routine, too! She does plyometrics, which torches calories and helps with overall athletic conditioning, and goes on hikes around LA with her husband, Justin Timberlake. Sometimes, Jessica makes him help her with her strength poses, too. Ah, love!

"I love working out with a trainer, doing circuit work, and strengthening. I think the lengthening and internal breathing you get from yoga, [in addition to] strength training of weights and circuits and cardiovascular, to me that’s the perfect combination," she said.

Sounds like a great combination to me!
