Few people in this world can head to a beach and consider it research for work. But that’s certainly a perk of being a swimwear designer. After all, they have to be out in the field, er, sands, seeing what women are wearing to dive into the water and lounge on a beach chair.
During a Fashion for Breakfast panel at Nu Wave Swim in Miami, five of the top designers of today shared details about what makes their brands special—and they also gave a shout out to their personal favorite coastal destinations. Here are four expert-approved beaches and the skimpy swimwear you should rock for a dip in these exotic waters.
