Just this morning, Underwood posted a series of photos from her tour stop in Houston, wearing rhinestone-covered denim shorts that showed off her incredibly toned legs.
In the first pic of the Instagram photo series, Underwood belted out a tune on stage, with her amazingly toned legs joining in on the spotlight (because her voice will always take center stage). She also posted several follow-up snaps during the show-stopping performance, showing off different versions of the bedazzled denim and cowgirl flair. Something about the bold jean shorts and cowboy boots makes this a classic Carrie ‘fit.

In an interview with Shape, Underwood’s trainer, Eve Overland, described the star’s commitment to her fitness routine as a lifestyle. “Working out and staying healthy is just a way of life for Carrie. It is who she is, what she does,” Overland told the outlet, adding that “working out is self-care and her me time.”
According to her trainer, some of Underwood’s favorite leg exercises include squats, lunges, and deadlifts. She also does lateral band walks, leg press machine [reps], hamstring curls, and cable straight leg kickbacks, so her glutes are definitely just as toned as her legs.
When it comes to her diet, Carrie told Women’s Health that her perfect balance is 45% carbs, 30% fat, and 25% protein.
The singer starts her day with a tofu or egg-white scramble, toast, berries, and coffee. She often enjoys a Tofurky sandwich with tomato, avocado, red onion, spinach, and mustard for lunch and snacks on a green smoothie or protein bar throughout the day. For dinner, she eats roasted veggies and vegan chicken.
