Netflix film 365 Days: This Day has fans sharing all sorts of opinions over on social media. Not only do they have lots to say about the soundtrack; but many viewers are also posting the same complaint about the plot.
In case you need a recap, the original film came out in 2020 and caused a bit of controversy, due to its divisive plot. The story follows a mafia member, Massimo, who kidnaps sales director Laura and holds her hostage for a year (365 days) in an attempt to make her fall in love with him.
The sequel dropped in late April 2022, called 365 Days: This Day, and joins Laura and Massimo (played by Anna-Maria Sieklucka and Michele Morrone) again, when another man begins bidding for her affection.
While the film has shot into Netflix's Top 10 most-streamed in the UK, many fans have the same complaint about the plot. And, er, it's mainly that there actually doesn't seem to be one.
"365 days: This Day, you disappointed me. It was literally 90% sex scenes with 10% plot. and idek what that 10% was?" one person wrote, while another put, "Me looking for a speck of a plot 15min into 365 Days: This Day."
Another said, "365 Days: This Day is so bad bruh i thought it couldn‘t get worse but it did the dialogue is so cheap ??? and where is the plot???? [sic]"
