The FinaMill Battery-Operated Spice Grinder is a product I didn’t know I needed until I tried it. It’s, by far, my most-used kitchen gadget to date. This sleek gadget grinds your spices in seconds with the press of a button.

What’s most impressive about this one is that it helps prevent cross-contamination while you cook. So, if you’re preparing a steak and need to grab the salt and pepper, simply use one hand to snap on one of the pods to the grinder (it clicks into place when you press downward) and press the button at the top with your thumb. Your spice of choice, which you put into the included pods, is ground as finely or coarsely as you’d like onto the steak — with one free hand to do as you please.

The FinaMill Battery-Operated Spice Grinder comes in three colors (red, grey and white) and includes three quick-change spice pods and one stackable tray.

It’s hard to find a kitchen today that doesn’t have an electric kettle sitting on the counter. While the stovetop ones are definitely classic, electric kettles are just far more convenient, easier to clean and much lighter. In fact, the Balmuda Lightweight Gooseneck Electric Kettle is one of the lightest you will find.

This stunning stainless steel electric kettle is the perfect size for small kitchens. It takes up very little surface area on any countertop and is light enough to pick up with one hand without strain. The elegant gooseneck spout also ensures that you get the perfect splash-free pour possible.

What I enjoy most about this one is that it remains cool to the touch while the water boils. So you don’t have to wait for it to cool down before picking it up to make a cup of tea or coffee.

Lastly, a product with quite a name to live up to — and luckily, it doesn’t disappoint.

The Beast Blender launched in March 2021, hitting the ground running with some of the most excellent reviews of any personal blender on the market. Created by the mastermind behind the NutriBullet, this blender packs the punch of a full-size premium blender in a much slimmer and sleeker package.

Though slim (see in the video above), the Beast Blender isn’t super lightweight — which is a positive attribute for a countertop blender. It’s extremely powerful, easy to use and has one simple button that performs all the functions of a standard blender.

I used the NutriBullet to make my morning smoothies prior to owning the Beast, and they weren’t as silky and smooth as the end result this gadget provides after just a couple of pulses.

The Beast Blender comes in three gorgeous colors (carbon black, pebble grey and cloud white) and is definitely the countertop appliance you’ll want to leave out for everyone to see. If you make shakes and infused water often, there is also a Beast Blender and Hydration System bundle that comes with a glass water bottle with a removable stainless steel infusion chamber to make infusing drinks much easier.
