Cute shoes that don't break your bank account? Yeah, sign me up. Seeing as we're still in the depths of winter and will be for several more months, a solid pair of boots is a must. So if you're in search of a new pair, right now arguably the best time to shop for them since plenty of retailers are putting their winter collections on sale to prepare for all the newness that awaits us in spring.

On my daily perusal through my favorite retailers' sites, I couldn't help but notice all the of-the-moment boots that just so happen to be delightfully affordable, too. Just a few of the trendy styles I've spotted in my shopping sessions include the chunky-soled Chelsea boots that are everywhere we look, sophisticated riding boots, practical hiking boots, and even a few statement-making stunners.
