Olivia and Joshua met on the set of HSMTMTS, where they played love interests — Joshua even improvised the scene where his character professed his love for Olivia's character. The two were allegedly together until around the summer of 2020, when Joshua was spotted with Sabrina Carpenter, thus the beginning of the heartbreak that inspired Olivia's album Sour and her hit song, "Drivers License."
